About Annick
Annick is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works compassionatly with both teens and adults. She supports clients through a variety of personal and emotional challenges, as well as significant life transitions.
As a wife and mother, Annick understands the many layers of life that shape our emotional world. She creates a calm, caring space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported.
Rooted in professional expertise and personal faith, Annick welcomes those seeking emotional wellness with room for spiritual reflection, honoring whatever feels meaningful to each individual. Drawing on evidence-based practices and respect for each person’s unique values and beleifs, Annick is passionate about helping clients uncover their strenghts and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.
Annick works at a private practice in Milton, where she offers both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate the needs of her clients. With a client-centered approach, she believes in walking alongside each individual to identify the best interventions tailored to their unique circumstances. Annick incorporates a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Client-Centered Therapy, to help clients in acheiving meaningful change.
